Hotel in empire style. A kitchen was ok for us. New York City is worth city break, 33rd Street subway station is 10 minutes walk for better exploring. Choosing for lunch Akane Sushi, which is situated 100 feet away was a good idea.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was convenient, close to Grand Central Station and a relative's apartment. The rooms were large with lots of closet space, making it comfortable for our family. The kitchenettes were also very convenient, providing us access to a fridge and kitchen supplies.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.
The decor and furnishings could use some updating, as they appeared a bit dated. some parts of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear.

12F Studio Suite is a little old, but large and clean. Cooking facility is very convenient and useful. Staff is very friendly and I evaluate work of security staff.
Wifi is not free charge.

Great Location & Spacious Rooms the hotel is located near a major transportation hub and iconic landmarks. It was easy to get around the city with everything nearby. the rooms were incredibly spacious and had all the basic necessities for our stay. Another great benefit was the nearby bars and restaurants that offered great food and drink.
Lack of Renovations & Outdated Furniture the hotel seemed to be in need of some upgrades. the decor and furnishings were outdated and could use a refresh.

The large living areas of the suites.
TV was old, and the pay-for-music option didn't work. They removed the charge immediately and gracefully however.

I liked that it was so close to the station and easy reach to everything.
I didn't like that I had booked a room with two double beds for my mother and myself and we only got 1 double bed. Also I paid the same price for it despite there being a difference on the website.

I was in the room one night, hard to have a "best" of anything.Hotel was clean, reasonably quiet and served it's purpose. It's an old apt. or condo turned into a hotel. Not anything more nor less. I'd go back, but the rate was high for what it is!

I checked in about 1pm expecting to leave my luggage and come back. I heard the clerk take of the person ahead of me who expected to do the same. Before I stepped up to the desk, she called housekeeping to expedite cleaning of his room. Within 20 minutes, my room was ready. Later, I discovered the tv remote wasn't working. It was replaced withing minutes. In contrast to some reviews I read on Booked.net, I found the room clean. No complaints.
